Description
TheraSpecs eyewear should be cleaned and stored with care to help maintain clear lenses and comfortable everyday use. Regular cleaning can reduce the buildup of oil, dust, and other debris that may affect visibility, while proper storage helps protect the glasses when they are not being worn.
Care and Cleaning
Before wiping the lenses, rinse the glasses under running water to remove dust or particles that could scratch the surface. Wash with warm, slightly soapy water using a mild dish soap, then dry with a clean microfiber cloth. For routine lens care, only a microfiber cloth should be used on the lenses.
If an eyeglass cleaner is preferred, a spray cleaner is recommended rather than pre-moistened wipes. Regular cleaning is helpful for preventing residue from accumulating over time.
Storage and Handling
Store the glasses in their case when not in use to help protect them from dirt, accidental contact, and general wear. Avoid exposing the glasses to extreme temperatures, such as leaving them in a hot car, as heat may affect the eyewear.
Important Use Notes
Do not use an ultrasonic cleaner on the glasses. Saltwater exposure should also be avoided where possible. If the glasses are exposed to saltwater, rinse them with fresh water as soon as possible to help reduce residue and support ongoing lens care.
