AsGUARD Flex Non‑Woven Roll by Sentry Medical is a non‑sterile, latex‑free, self‑adhesive fixation dressing designed to secure non‑adhesive primary dressings and medical devices. Supplied as a cut‑to‑length roll with a release backing and printed measurement grid, it enables accurate sizing and clean handling during application. The soft, breathable, non‑woven fabric conforms comfortably to body contours and joints, providing gentle yet secure adhesion suitable for extended wear. This is a fixation dressing only; it contains no absorbent pad and is not transparent. If skin is broken, apply over an appropriate primary dressing.

Application instructions
1) Ensure skin is clean and dry. 2) Use the printed grid to determine the required length; cut to size based on the device or dressing being secured. 3) Remove the backing paper progressively as you apply. 4) Apply so the adhesive extends approximately 2–3 cm beyond the edges of the device or dressing. 5) Smooth from the center outward to the edges to ensure full contact and adherence.
Wear time and removal
- Maximum in‑situ time: up to 7 days
- To minimize skin damage, especially on fragile skin, ease off the tape and consider using an adhesive remover wipe
Contraindications and precautions
- Do not use in individuals with known allergies or sensitivities to any component
- Not a primary dressing for open wounds; always cover broken skin with an appropriate primary dressing before fixation
