## Description
The BINGO Spex Seat by Spex (Medifab) is a pediatric rehabilitative seating system that integrates Spex clinical seating with the BINGO OT rehab stroller base. It provides modular, highly adjustable postural support for children with complex positioning needs and can also mount to the Cobra height‑adjustable indoor base.

- Spex positioning cushion base with modular pads for on‑the‑spot contouring to address hip/thigh flexion, pelvic obliquity build‑up, and pre‑ischial/anti‑thrust needs.
- Spex back support with configurable foam cells to accommodate or assist correction of trunk/spinal asymmetries and reduce pressure.
- Axial Lateral Trunk Supports: width, depth, and multi‑angle adjustable with rotational alignment and swing‑away hardware.
- Axial Pelvic Supports: width/angle/depth adjustable with quick‑release mounting to aid transfers.
- Head support options with inbuilt lateral/occipital support (Standard, Extended, and “Comfi” styles).
- Height‑adjustable padded arm/forearm supports with quick‑release hardware.
- Optional Spex SuperHigh contour cushion for moderate‑to‑high positioning needs.
