Excilor Nail Fungus Solution 3.3 mL Enhanced is a topical brush-on treatment designed for fungal nail infection affecting fingernails or toenails. The solution is applied directly to the affected nail using the built-in brush applicator, making it suitable for regular home use as part of an ongoing nail care routine.

How it works

This solution is designed to penetrate the nail and lower the nail pH, creating an environment that is less favourable to fungal growth. It is also described as using TransActive penetration technology to reach fungi in and under the nail. In addition to its antifungal nail-care approach, the enhanced formula supports the condition of the nail during regrowth.

Formula features

The enriched formula includes glycerol, biotin, and nail care lipids to help soften, hydrate, and nourish the nail plate. Recurring formula components reported across sources include ethyl lactate, acetic acid, water, glycerol, biotin, and lanolin-derived or other nail lipid ingredients. The product is also described as paraben-free.

Use directions

Clean the nail and remove any nail polish before each application. Apply the solution to the entire affected nail and the underside of the nail rim, taking care to avoid the surrounding skin. Use twice daily, in the morning and evening. Allow the nail to dry fully before putting on socks, shoes, or gloves. Treatment should continue for at least 3 months and until the nail has fully recovered.

Precautions and storage

For external use only. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Medical advice is recommended before use in people with diabetes, foot problems, or poor circulation. Clinical data are limited for children and during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Possible side effects may include burning, itching, mild localised pain, blistering around the nail, or nail detachment. Store below 30 C, away from direct sunlight and heat, and keep out of reach of children and animals.
