Fortisip PlantBased Mango Passionfruit is a ready-to-drink, plant-based oral nutritional supplement formulated for the dietary management of disease-related malnutrition and for people with increased energy needs when their usual diet is not enough. It is presented in a 200 mL ergonomic, resealable, easy-open bottle and is designed for convenient use at home, in care settings, or on the go. This product is a Food for Special Medical Purposes and may be used as a sole source of nutrition under strict medical supervision.
With an energy density of 1.5 kcal/mL, each 200 mL bottle provides 300 kcal and 12 g of protein from pea and soy sources. It also supplies 37.2 g of carbohydrate, 11.6 g of fat, and a full profile of 28 vitamins and minerals, including calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and trace elements.

Ingredients and suitability
The formulation includes water, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, isomaltulose, pea protein isolate, soy protein isolate, vegetable oils, flavourings, soy lecithin, and added vitamins and minerals. It contains soy and has no gluten-containing ingredients. It does not contain milk, fish, egg, nuts, lupins, or wheat. It is also Halal certified and contains no Kosher-forbidden ingredients.
Directions and precautions
Shake well before use. It is ready to drink and is best served chilled. Store unopened in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal, refrigerate, and use or discard within 24 hours. This product must be used under strict medical supervision. It is for enteral use only, not for parenteral use, and is not suitable for children under 3 years.
