The 8.3-inch LED-backlit Multi-Touch IPS display offers a resolution of 2266 x 1488 at 326 ppi, with P3 wide colour, True Tone, and a fully laminated design for a more direct and natural viewing experience. An antireflective coating and fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating help maintain clarity during regular use, while brightness up to 500 nits supports comfortable viewing in a range of lighting conditions.

Powered by the A17 Pro, the device features a 6-core CPU, 5-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine, and runs iPadOS. Apple also lists this model as supporting Apple Intelligence.
