MoliCare Premium Elastic is an adult all-in-one incontinence brief/slip range designed for men and women who need reliable protection for moderate to very severe urinary and/or faecal incontinence. As a disposable tab-fastening brief, it is intended to provide secure coverage, effective leakage management, and easier changing for both wearers and carers.
The design combines an absorbent core with inner cuffs or leakage guards to help contain fluid and support everyday confidence. Breathable, skin-friendly materials are used to promote comfort, while an odour-control design and wetness indicator add practical support during wear and changing. The brief also features two elasticated side panels and two re-closable tabs or hook-and-loop fasteners, helping create a body-conforming fit that can be adjusted as needed.
Fit and handling
This range is made to support easier application in either standing or lying positions, which can be especially helpful in home care, aged care, and assisted-living settings. The elasticated construction is designed to sit securely on the body while allowing the product to be refastened during checks or changes.
Sizing is generally selected using the larger of the waist or hip measurement:
- S: 70–90 cm
- M: 85–120 cm
- L: 115–145 cm
- XL: 140–175 cm
