MoliCare Premium Elastic is an all-in-one disposable adult incontinence brief designed for men and women who need reliable support for moderate to very severe urinary and/or faecal incontinence. The brief-style design combines absorbency, secure fit, and skin-friendly materials in a single product that can be applied while the wearer is standing or lying down, making it suitable for both self-care and assisted changing.
A key feature of the range is its combination of 2 elasticated side panels and 2 re-closable tapes. This design helps the brief adjust to different body shapes while allowing repositioning for a more secure and comfortable fit. Leakage cuffs provide additional protection, while the absorbent core is designed to support dryness and help reduce prolonged contact with moisture. Odour control and a wetness indicator further assist with freshness and timely changes.

Sizing and fit
Size selection is based on the larger of the waist or hip measurement:
- S: 70 to 90 cm
- M: 85 to 120 cm
- L: 115 to 145 cm
- XL: approximately 140 to 175 cm

The MoliCare Premium Elastic range is available in multiple absorbency levels, commonly from 5 to 10 drops. The 9 Drops option is widely positioned for very severe incontinence, offering higher-capacity protection within the range.
