HARTMANN MoliCare Premium Elastic is a disposable all-in-one adult incontinence brief range designed for unisex use in cases of urinary and/or faecal incontinence. This branded product line covers multiple absorbency options and sizes, allowing the selected variant to be matched to individual care needs. Across the range, it is positioned for moderate to very severe incontinence, with the 6-drop option specifically described for moderate incontinence.

A key feature of the range is its elasticated design, which combines 2 elasticated side panels with 2 re-closable hook-and-loop fastening tabs. This construction supports quicker, more ergonomic application with reduced handling, and it can be fitted while the wearer is standing or lying down. A wetness indicator helps with correct positioning and ongoing product checks.

Comfort and protection

The brief uses a 3-layer absorbent core to support fluid absorption and retention. Leakage protection is enhanced by integrated cuffs or anti-leak barriers, while odour control helps maintain freshness.
