MoliCare Premium Elastic is a single-use, disposable all-in-one adult incontinence slip designed for both women and men. It is intended for managing urinary and faecal incontinence, with absorbency options across the range to suit moderate to very severe needs. The 8 Drops Super Plus variant is positioned for severe incontinence, while higher absorbency options are suited to very severe incontinence.

A key feature of this product line is its elasticated design. Each slip includes 2 elastic side panels and 2 re-closable side fasteners, helping the brief adapt to body shape and movement while supporting a secure, comfortable fit. This construction can also assist caregivers during fitting, whether the user is standing or lying down.

Sizing

Sizes are selected according to body measurement: - S: 70 to 90 cm - M: 85 to 120 cm - L: 115 to 145 cm - XL: 140 to 175 cm

XL sizing may only be available in selected absorbency variants.

Features and use

Additional validated features include a wetness indicator to help identify when a change may be needed. For fitting, the slip should be folded and cupped before use, with the wetness indicator aligned to the spine during positioning. The side panels are then secured around the hips using the re-closable fasteners. After use, the item should be disposed of in general waste.
