MoliCare Premium Elastic is an all-in-one disposable adult incontinence brief designed for unisex use and suitable for managing urinary and/or faecal incontinence. The range is intended for moderate to very severe incontinence, with the 8-drop option suited to severe or heavy needs.
A key feature of this design is its combination of 2 elasticated side panels and 2 re-closable tapes. This helps create a secure, adjustable fit that can adapt to different body shapes and support movement during daily wear. The brief can be applied either standing or lying down, which can make changing easier for both independent users and caregivers.
Comfort and protection features
The brief includes an absorbent core to help draw in and retain fluid, along with inner leak cuffs or leg guards for added leakage protection. Odour control supports freshness, while the skin-friendly pH-balanced construction is dermatologically tested for comfort during regular use.
Fitting and use
Before application, the brief is typically folded and cupped to help shape it correctly. A wetness indicator assists with positioning and also helps monitor when the product may need changing.
Sizes
MoliCare Premium Elastic is available in the following sizes:
- Small: 70 to 90 cm
- Medium: 85 to 120 cm
- Large: 115 to 145 cm
- X-Large: 140 to 175 cm
For sizing, measure both the waist and hips, then use the larger measurement. If measurements fall between sizes, trying the smaller size first is generally recommended.
Absorbency range
This product line is available in multiple absorbency levels, commonly from 5 to 10 drops. The 8-drop variant is confirmed in Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large.
