Multigate’s Compose Adhesive Island Dressing is a sterile, single‑use, latex‑free island dressing designed for post‑operative and general wound care. It combines a central Interpose non‑adherent absorbent pad with a surrounding low‑irritant adhesive border to secure the dressing while minimising trauma during changes. Each dressing is white in colour and individually sterile peel‑packed for convenient aseptic application.
