The ResMed AirFit P30i is a nasal pillows CPAP mask designed for users who prefer a minimal-contact fit and a less obstructed field of view. Its tube-up design places the hose connection at the top of the head rather than in front of the face, helping keep tubing out of the way during sleep and making it easier to change positions through the night.

The mask uses a silicone nasal pillows cushion that seals at the nostrils while maintaining a compact profile. This style can suit users who want less facial coverage than a traditional nasal or full face mask. The open-front layout also leaves more room for reading, watching television, or wearing glasses before sleep.

QuietAir venting is built in to reduce operational noise, with widely cited sound levels around 21 dBA. A quick-release elbow with 360-degree swivel movement allows the hose to be disconnected easily without removing the mask, which can be useful when getting up during the night.

The SpringFit frame is designed to self-adjust to different head and facial shapes, while the slip-on headgear provides a straightforward adjustable fit.

Sizing and Fit

Frame size and pillow size are selected separately. The frame is generally available in a Small option and a larger option, commonly labeled Standard and sometimes referred to as Medium. Pillow sizes typically include Small and Medium, with Large availability depending on the pack or market.
