The ResMed AirFit P30i is a nasal pillows CPAP/PAP mask designed for users who want a lightweight, minimal-contact interface with the tube positioned above the head. Its tube-up design keeps the air tubing out of the way, which can help support movement during sleep and make it easier to change positions through the night.

Key Features

The mask uses a self-adjusting SpringFit frame intended to adapt to different facial profiles while maintaining a stable fit. A silicone nasal pillows cushion sits under the nose, and the system also includes soft sleeves and a septum bridge membrane to improve comfort and support seal stability.

A quick-release elbow with 360-degree rotation allows the tubing to disconnect easily when needed and helps maintain freedom of movement during use. QuietAir venting diffuses exhaled air to reduce noise and limit disturbance for the user or bed partner.

System and Sizing

The core mask system includes the SpringFit frame assembly with elbow, a nasal pillows cushion, and headgear. The AirFit P30i shares the AirFit N30i/P30i platform, so the P30i pillows cushion can be interchanged with the AirFit N30i nasal cradle cushion on the same frame.

Frame sizes are available in Small and Standard. Cushion sizes include Small, Medium, and Large, with interchangeable cushion sizing so users can try different options for comfort and fit.

Compatibility and Care

The AirFit P30i is compatible with many ResMed home-use PAP devices, including AirSense, AirStart, AirCurve, Lumis, and several S9 models. On compatible ResMed devices, the mask setting is Pillows. It is not designed for use with the ResMed AirMini.

For care, the cushion detaches from the frame for cleaning. Guidance focuses on washing the cushion and vent holes in warm water with mild detergent or soap, followed by thorough rinsing and air drying away from direct sunlight.
