Description

The P Pod Standard Cover in Raspberry Ripple is a removable accessory designed specifically for Size 2 P Pod seating and positioning systems. This cover is intended as a replacement or spare cover for the pod itself, not as a complete seat. Its quilted velour construction provides a soft, comfortable surface while maintaining compatibility with the pod’s support features.

The cover attaches using hook-and-loop fastenings, allowing it to be removed for cleaning and refitted when needed. Integrated access points are provided for routing the pelvic belt and seat straps correctly through the cover, helping maintain proper positioning and usability when installed.

Care and cleaning

For removal, first take the pod off the base, then unbuckle the straps or belt and pass them back through the cover slots. Before washing, fold back the hook-and-loop sections to help protect the fabric. The cover is machine washable and should be washed separately, following the sewn-in wash label instructions.

Do not bleach, iron, or use caustic or scouring cleaners on the cover. When refitting, position the cover with the label at the top so the strap openings align correctly.

Safety and maintenance

Make sure the cover is securely fitted before use. Inspect it regularly for signs of wear or damage that could affect performance. Avoid using care products or treatments that may reduce the material’s fire-retardant performance.
